MAINTENANCE AND PREPARATION LIST

The following is a list of tasks that need to be completed. The workday leaders will determine what the priority needs are for each scheduled work day.

Girl’s Dormitory:

  1. Complete Girl’s Dormitory Bathroom Project: Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, lights, interior wall board, hardware, paint new addition T-111, etc.
  2. Check septic tank for damage (In conjunction with digging hole for plumbing connection)
  3. Remove demolition debris pile and burn it, pickup nails around entire construction site, refresh soil and plant seed
  4. Clean up first floor of girl’s dormitory, major construction debris (Can start once all bathroom hardware is removed and crew is completing bathroom interior)
  5. Remove shutters
  6. Hang gutters
  7. Clean Girl’s Dormitory top to bottom and cover up inappropriate wall art and tagging
  8. Inspect mattresses, replace sheets if old and gross
  9. Seal large gap under exterior side door & fix threshold (Mouse access)
  10. Empty and reset mouse traps
  11. Replace steps at rear exit of girl’s dorm, add full handrail and exterior security light(?)
  12. Scrape and paint (Primer sealer, finish coat)

Motel Units:

  1. Clean up mold/mildew in Motel Units (especially an issue in 1st unit)
  2. Install shiplap on ceiling (or drywall), first unit.
  3. Clean interior and windows
  4. Power wash deck (stain it?), clean exterior mildew
  5. Clean up playground

Tabernacle Duplex:

  1.  Power wash porch (seal it?), clean exterior mildew
  2.  Clean interior and windows

Tabernacle:

  1. Remove construction debris (Schedule CJ’s yellow dumpster ahead of workday)
  2. Rake and refresh gravel
  3. Vacuum stage, carpet and horizontal surfaces
  4. Vacuum sound booth and bookstore, all surfaces
  5. Wipe down benches.
  6. Determine what type of insect has infested the floor
  7. Repair shutters and doors – hinges, locks, latches
  8. Power wash bookstore deck (stain it?)

Dining Hall:

  1. Remove shutters
  2. Wash and wax front dining room floor, clean appliances, set up tables, clean pitchers
  3. Clean windows
  4. Mop kid’s porch

Snack Bar and Grill Room:

  1. Mop and wax floor
  2. Clean and set up tables
  3. Clean grill and cover with foil
