Membership in the Association is open to Christians who believe in and endorse the experience of Bible holiness as taught by Rev. John Wesley. No person shall be admitted to membership who abuses tobacco or alcoholic beverages; who uses or traffics in drugs for purposes other than as approved by sound medical practice; or who belongs to any oathbound secret order or society.
